Service Staff Replacement
Section titled “Service Staff Replacement”After assigning a Service Staff to a POS sale, you can replace the assigned staff member if required by following the steps below.
Steps to Replace Service Staff
Section titled “Steps to Replace Service Staff”- Go to the POS Screen and click the Service Staff Replacement button (represented by a user icon).
- Enter the Invoice Number for which the service staff needs to be replaced.
- Select the new Service Staff from the dropdown list that appears and click Save.
